No Democrat should allow themselves to be tried by a republican judge EVER.
They removed a judge because he donated to Democratic causes. So much for freedom speech, eh?

I don't get it. So are they looking for a green party judge, a libertarian judge, a reform party judge or a goddamn independent one? Because there ain't no way in hell the people are going to give them a republican judge. The pickings look pretty slim.
